Warranty Statement

ESP8266 Shop guarantees to provide accurate descriptions and high quality product. If Customer has any problems with any executed purchase order, please notify ESP8266 Shop within 60 days from the date of shipment.
UNLESS OTHERWISE EXPRESSLY STIPULATED IN PERTICULAR AGREEMENT OR PURCHASE ORDER, ESP8266 Shop MAKES NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS, SUITABILITY OR MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PRODUCT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCE.

 

Returns & Refund

General Term

ESP8266 Shop accepts a return on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of satisfying the customer and we have a philosophy to ensure our customers are satisfied, and will always try to deal with customers “fairly and reasonably.”
Please keep the item in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Also, please contact us before sending back the item. ESP8266 Shop will provide economic effort to replace or repair the product free of charge if the defects are caused due to reasons related to raw materials, designation, or manufacturing process.
ESP8266 Shop will repair, replace the product under reasonable charges to the customer if the product defects meets this Warranty Policy.

 

Exceptions

ESP8266 Shop will refuse to provide warranty promises if:

  1. Products have been beyond the warranty period; or
  2. Defections are due to wrong use, un-proper maintenance or storage, or breach of user guides or menu provided by ESP8266 Shop; or
  3. Defections are results of Force Majeure, which shall mean any acts of law, natural disaster, war, riots, strikes, insurrections, tsunami, typhoon, earthquake, terrorism, governmental sanctions, legislation changes or any similar event beyond such party’s reasonable control; or
  4. Customer has conducted repair actions to the products.

No returns will be accepted without having previously obtained a return authorization. All returns must be in its original mint and clean condition. Returns on damaged, scratched, programmed, burnt, or otherwise ‘played with’ product will not be accepted. The product must then be returned in its original packaging with its receipt and a small note for the reason of the return. The note will help ESP8266 Shop to serve Customer better and improve our products. Reimbursement will be denied for any product not conforming to the above-mentioned conditions.
Customer shall cover the cost of returning the product. Shipping fees will only be refunded if the return is a result of a shipping error on ESP8266 Shop’s part.
